Why is the first test of heart rate too long?

For the first time to test your heart rate, need to collect long signals according to different people,so that accurately measure your heart rate.;

What if Bluetooth doesn't work? (connection / reconnection failed or slow)

Confirm whether your device is IOS 8.0 and Android 4.4 or above and support Bluetooth 4.0. 
a. Due to the problem of signal interference in BT wireless connection, the time of each connection may vary. If the connection fails for a long time, please ensure that the operation is carried out in an environment without magnetic field or not have many bluetooth devices the same time.
b. Turn off Bluetooth and re-open.
c. Turn off the mobile phone background application or restart the mobile phone.
d. Make sure your mobile phone do not connect to other Bluetooth devices or functions at the same time.
e. APP is running normally in the background and may not be connected if it is not in the background.

Can't search the device?

If the bracelet is not found by the mobile phone, please make sure that the device is power on, activated, and not connected with other phones, then put the bracelet close to the phone. If it is still invalid, please turn off the bluetooth , and restart the bluetooth on mobile phone in 20 seconds later. 

Why not remind when opening the reminder function?

Android phone: confirm that the phone and the watch are connected, and open the corresponding permissions in the phone settings, allowing the APP access calls, messages and address book, and keeping the APP running in the background; if the phone is installed with security software, add the APP to "trust".
iPhone: If there is no reminder after the connection, it is recommended to restart the phone to reconnect, when reconnecting the device again, there will be reminder after popping up "Bluetooth pairing request" and click "Pair".  

Is the watch waterproof? Can I wear it for bathing or swimming?

It is only waterproof for life, please do not wear it when bathing or swimming. 

Can't turn on / Can't charge

If you receive the watch and it does not turn on, it may be that the watch has collided during transportation and the battery Seiko board has begun to protect itself. Just plug in the charging cable and charge it to activate.
If the battery is too low or the watch cannot be turned on after a long period of time, please plug in the charging cable and charge it for more than half an hour to activate.

Does the Bluetooth connection need to be open all the time? Is there any data after disconnection? 

If the data is not synchronized, the data is kept on the host (data can be kept for 7 days). When the device is well connected to mobile phone through bluetooth, the data will be uploaded to APP automatically. Please synchronize the data to the mobile phone in time.
Note:if you enable the call and SMS reminder functions, you must keep Bluetooth connected. Alarm clock reminder supports offline.

After-sales service warranty description

1.Yision provides a 12 months warranty period for the products, starting from the date Yision fulfills his delivery obligation.

2.During normal use of the product, if there are product quality problems caused by manufacturing, materials, design, etc., the motherboard will be guaranteed for one year free of charge, and the battery and charger will be guaranteed for half a year.

3. No free warranty is provided for failures caused by the user's personal reasons, as follows:

  1). Failures caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification of the watch, etc.

  2). Failure caused by accidental drop during use.

  3). Any damage caused by human beings or due to the fault or misuse of a third party (such as: water in the host, external force cracking, scratches on peripheral parts, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

  4). Defect that was caused by misuse and negligence

4.All failures of the product are based on physical objects.

5.Yision will repair/or replace the products returned.

6.Customer will provide detailed information about the nature of defect/malfunction for each product returned.

7. Customer will bear the transportation cost from their place to Yision’s address in China. While the return back to customer’s destination will be on Yision’s account. Customer is also responsible for the correct execution of customs clearance where required.
